Additional tool-specific data

The complex type MetaData is used by several types in the OTX data model. The MetaData type allows tools to store additional, mainly tool-specific data.

Note: By definition, any meta-data in an OTX document are ignorable or even removable at any time without changing the program logic.

There are no syntactical constraints on the meta-data itself.
