Gets the text ID (TI) of the DbSpecialDataElement

The GetDbSpecialDataElementTextId term returns the text ID (TI) of the DbSpecialDataElement

Note: The appropriate MVCI system operation is MCDDbSpecialDataElement::getTextID.

Syntax: StringTerm = DiagDataBrowsingPlus.GetDbSpecialDataElementTextId(DbSpecialDataElementTerm specialDataElement);
